Our fully updated South Lake Tahoe mountain chalet retreat with updated kitchen and laundry features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Your group will have plenty of space to spread out in this 1800+ square feet with over 400 square feet of front decking! Warm up by the fire after a full day of skiing, boating, biking or hiking, with amazing view from the upper loft of an A-Frame. Conveniently located next to a conservancy lot and only a short drive a few miles to the lake and bike paths.
The space
Create lasting vacation memories at this beautiful and rustic cabin is adjacent to a conservancy land. This is the perfect place for a large group of friends or a family reunion as there is plenty of space to spread out and relax. The dining area offers the ideal space for gathering or you can head out to the deck and barbecue on warm summer evenings. In any season, this cabin will provide fun for everyone!

Come experience all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer including Heavenly Valley Ski Resort or Sierra-at-Tahoe just a 10 min drive away for year-round fun. The shores of Emerald Bay are ready for a fun picnic just a short 14 miles away, visit the famous South Lake casinos, or enjoy the fine dining, shopping, and nightlife.
**Parking is strictly limited to 3 vehicles (the garage is not available for parking or guest usage.) Any extra vehicles can not be parked on the road. Extra parking is available at casinos, heavenly parking garage, or other public parking lots. **
** During the winter, all vehicles in Tahoe are required to carry chains, even 4WD. We do not recommend low profile/2WD vehicles as they can struggle with ice and snow. Tahoe roads can be steep and icy, even when not snowing so you should be comfortable driving in such conditions. Note the driveway has a slight incline. **
Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire cabin via smart lock. The code will be sent to you prior to check-in and is valid for the duration of your stay. Due to local rules, we allow a maximum of 10 people in the cabin at any given time- though children under the age of 5 do not count towards the occupancy.
Patio furniture and BBQ grills are not available 10/15-5/15 as they are stored for the winter season due to snow. The front deck is not shoveled in the winter. Fireplace is not operational/pilot out in the summer between 5/15-10/15.

City of South Lake Tahoe Code Enforcement officers and El Dorado County have a 0 discretion, zero tolerance policy to the above rules. Any code violation will likely result in a City Citation in the amount of up to $2000 per incident, and may also lead to an eviction from the property. If evicted, guests are subject to forfeiture of all money paid and may be evicted without notice.
